Yes. Business numbers port to the new system — you keep every number your customers already know. Porting takes a few business days and we manage the whole process; your old service stays live until the switch completes.

Cloud phone systems can automatically forward calls to cell phones during an outage. Camera systems keep recording locally to the NVR even with internet down — you just lose remote viewing until service returns. We design failover to match how critical each system is to you.

Yes — local support is the point of buying from a Maine installer. Call (207) 819-8229 or open a support ticket on our site. Customers with Grandstream networks can also manage their own WiFi through the GWN Cloud portal linked from our Customer Login page.

During business hours we aim to respond to a normal service request within four business hours, and to a critical outage within two. Cover outside business hours is not open-ended — if your business needs it, we write it into a service agreement so you know exactly what you are getting. Being Windham-based means Southern Maine sites are a short drive, not a dispatch queue.
