We work to your MOP and checklist, join your technical bridge for the cutover, and do not improvise on someone else’s network.
On the bridge, on time
Arrive at the scheduled time, check in with the site contact and your remote engineer, and stay until the device is verified.
Photos and closeout every time
Before-and-after photos, serials and MACs, labels, and a written closeout so your ticket can close the same day.
After-hours when the site needs it
Evening and weekend windows for locations that cannot go down during business hours.

What area do you cover?
Most of Maine, from York County up through Lewiston-Auburn, Augusta, Waterville and Bangor, plus the New Hampshire Seacoast. Ask about sites farther out; we will tell you honestly if the drive makes sense.
Can you handle a full multi-site rollout?
Yes. We have run multi-site access point rollouts across Maine, several sites a week, each one on a scheduled arrival window with a remote engineer on the bridge. For larger single-site jobs we bring a crew of two to three.
Do you need to use our tools and process?
We prefer it. Send the MOP, the site list and your closeout requirements, and we work to them. If you do not have a process, we will use our own checklist and send you the photos and notes.
