Deposits on Pro and Full
Pro and Full sites can take deposits at booking and collect balances later. This is what turns a booking request into a confirmed, paid booking.
Demo versus live
In demos, deposits are simulated — no card is collected and no money moves — so you can test the whole flow. On a live site, payments run through your own Square or Stripe account.
Your build payment
Separately from customer payments, you pay your one-time build price through a secure Square checkout link (shown on your preview success screen and in the Manage console). That is a real, live payment.
