Picking a theme and light or dark mode

Your site ships with five accent themes and a light/dark toggle. Here is how to choose and where the choice is remembered.

Five themes

Every site can use one of five accent themes: Aurora (the house default — fuchsia to violet to cyan, which follows your own brand colors), Sunset, Forest, Ocean, and Mono.

Light or dark

Independently of the theme, you can set the site to light or dark mode. The theme changes the accent colors; the mode changes the background and text neutrals.

How to change it

  1. 1During the build: use the Look & feel step of the builder wizard.
  2. 2After the build: open the Manage console (/s/your-id/manage) and use the Look & feel card — it previews instantly.
  3. 3Visitors also get a theme switcher in the top ribbon; their choice is remembered in their browser and does not change your saved default.
