How Click & Collect Works at the Shop

Order online, pick it up on your terms

Click and collect is the least complicated thing we do, and it is the thing people ask about most. So here is the whole process, start to finish.

The four steps

1. Order online. Anything on the shelves is on the site. Order by noon and it is packed the same day.
2. We pack it by hand. Somebody who actually knows the products pulls your order — and swaps anything that looks past its best.
3. You get a pickup code. It arrives by email and text. Bring the code, or just your name.
4. Choose how you collect it. Walk in, pull into a curbside spot, or have us drive it over inside the delivery zone.

Orders are held at the counter for 72 hours. Need longer? Reply to the confirmation and we will hold it.

A few honest notes

• Curbside is the fastest option on a Saturday. It is the busiest day on the floor.
• If something is out of stock we call before we substitute anything. We never swap silently.
• Delivery runs go out twice a day inside Greater Portland and once a day to the Bay towns.
