How Much Protein Do You Actually Need?

You don’t need a chalkboard of macros to eat well. A few simple targets make training pay off — here’s how we coach nutrition at Summit Strength.

#nutrition#coaching#tips

Start with a simple target

Most people trying to build strength do well aiming for roughly 0.7–1 gram of protein per pound of goal body weight. That’s a starting point, not a rule — your coach adjusts it to you.

Three habits that beat any diet

  1. Anchor each meal with a protein. Everything else gets easier when this is handled.
  2. Eat vegetables you actually like. Adherence beats perfection.
  3. Hydrate before you caffeinate. Simple, and it helps your training.
